Bidders must attend all 10 mandatory pre-bid conferences which will be 5/7 - 5/10 to bid all ten facilities. You cannot bid on a facility if you did not attend the pre-bid. The first is at California State Prison LA 44750 60TH Street West Lancaster, CA; Please refer to the IFB for all the contact information.
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide hood and duct cleaning services at ten prisons. The anticipated term of the agreement is notice to proceed through 6/30/2020. The prisons and facilities included in this rebid are as follows: Avenal, Centinela, Corcoran, Ironwood, Los Angeles, Pelican Bay, Pleasant Valley, Substance Abuse Treatment Center At Corcoran, McCain Valley Conservation Camp, Ventura Youth Correctional Facility. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
