The City of Waco is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the construction of new wastewater utilities within the Crestwood residential development. The major work in this project shall generally consist of but is not limited to the construction of one 5 Hp duplex submersible lift station with valve vault and odor control drum scrubber, electrical, controls and instrumentation. Also, the project includes approximately 2,255 SY of street improvements including reconstruction, milling and overlaying, approximately 2,293 LF of 8” PVC gravity sewer wastewater main, 19 concrete manholes, approximately 2025 LF of 4” and 1080 LF of 6” PVC wastewater residential service gravity lines, service connections, pavement repair, landscape restoration, site protection and grading, traffic control and all miscellaneous and incidental work required to complete the project as shown on the project drawings and as specified. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
