The Utah Division of Facilities Construction & Management is inviting bids from those who qualified in stage one of this project for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide MDP panel replacement at the Heat Plant on the Redwood Campus of Salt Lake Community College. Work that interrupts electrical power to the building/campus must be done between- Thursday, December 24th, 2020 and Sunday, January 3rd 2021. To avoid freezing temps in buildings, power interruptions can not exceed 72 hours. All buildings must be fully functional, operational, and back to temp no later than January 4th 2021. Work that does not interrupt utility power should be done before December 24th, 2020. Bonds required.
