Scope includes construction of the SE 1st St & consists of reconstructing the existing roadway & installing two 10.5 FT travel lanes & replaced the 5 Ft wide sidewalks on both sides of the roadway. Work includes clearing & grubbing, excavation, pulverizing the existing cement concrete panels, cement concrete sidewalk removal, grading, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, sidewalks, traffic curbs, driveways, signage, markings, stormwater improvements, HMA, traffic control and related work. 80 working days.
