The reconstruction of Democrat Road from US-190/SH 21 to Allcorn Creek includes the following: Demolition, mixing, and reuse of approximately 350 linear feet of existing HMAC pavement base, and subgrade (approximately 1,400 square yards) Demolition, mixing, and reuse of approximately 2,500 linear feet of existing limestone base and subgrade (approximately 6,458 square yards). Demolition,mixing, and reuse of three driveways and the removal of the existingdriveway culverts including safety end treatments. Realignment and grading of proposed roadway and roadside ditches. Relocation of approximately 33 linear feet of elliptical RCP pipe. Installation of approximately 118 linear feet of 18” and 48”RCP culverts including safety end treatments. Relocation and installation of approximately 380 square yards of Type R Rock riprap. Installation of approximately 350 linear feet of High Early Strength Concrete pavement section (approximately 1,363 square yards). Installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of chip-seal pavement section(approximately 7,778 square yards) and installation of new driveways. Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and SWPPP record keeping. Other subsidiary itemsQ&A due by 06/20/19 at 5PM. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
