Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources (Owner) for the project entitled Red Top Mountain State Park New Cottages 13-20 & Playground Area in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of: Demolition of six cottages and a total of eight new cottages, playground, pavilion structure and laundry building. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
