This project includes complete demolition of the existing bridge, construction of new bridge structure, relocation of water and sewer lines, installation of curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, sidewalk, and guardrail. The City will accept a copy of a bid bond at the bid opening. However, if a copy of a bid bond is submitted, the bidder must submit to the Purchasing Division the identical original document within 5 days after the bid opening. If the original document is not received within 5 days, then the bid will not be considered. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
