Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Stockbridge, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City of Stockbridge, Georgia’s “Reeves Creek Trail - Parking Lot Expansion” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to erosion and sediment control, site grading, asphaltic concrete pavement, parking lot striping, parking lot stop blocks, irrigation relocation and repairs, permanent grassing and landscaping. All work is in accordance with the Contract Documents for the City of Stockbridge’s ITB# 2020-0007 "Reeves Creek Trial - Parking Lot Expansion” project. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder’s maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
