Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Janitorial Services to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is seeking to procure janitorial services for the GBI Region 12 office located at 5111 9th Avenue, Eastman, Georgia 31023. Vendors must contact Nicole Lane at 478-374-6968 if they wish to conduct a walk-though of the facility. This will be a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years dependent upon funding. Background checks will be conducted for all employees assigned to the facility upon award.
