This requirement if for the full rekey of UNC Charlotte Woodward and Burson Halls. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary for performing all operations, including door hardware replacement, cylinder rekeying and key re-cutting for a full rekey of Burson and Woodward Hall buildings. Deliverables: Re-pinning of existing buildings key structure. All cylinders with the exception of the building mechanical rooms and exterior doors will be replaced. Special arrangements will need to be made for the re-key of doors labeled “Animal Quarters”. All work will need to be completed by June 15, 2019 for Burson Hall and June 30, 2019 for Woodward Hall. All door locking hardware will be replaced with University-owned and provided Schlage D-Series locking hardware. See Attachment F for complete list of Burson and Woodward Halls “Cylinder Count”. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participaton.
