Contractor to remove all delaminated paint from approximately 5,400 sq. ft. of metal drill hall ceiling, a girders and beams, pipes, HVAC units. Contractor to apply 1 coat of Procryl Universal Primer Contractor to apply 1 coat of Flat Alkyd Dryfall White Paint. Contractor to scrape and paint approx. 8,000 sq. ft. of drill hall walls. Contractor to scrape and paint roll up door and 13 existing door jambs. Contractor to match existing paint and prep walls and door jambs to assure new paint will bond. Contractor to provide block fillers, primers, and finish coat materials that are compatible with one another and with the substrates indicated under conditions of service and application, as demonstrated by manufacturer based on testing and field experience. Contractor to clean and dispose of all debris from all work surfaces, at the end of each work day remove empty cans, rags, rubbish and other discarded paint materials from Project site. Contractor to additionally inspect for any hidden damages or required repairs that are in addition to the approved work on the PO that is issued. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
