The contractor is to remove all existing DX cooling equipment and replace with new air-cooled chilled water system. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure Chiller size, Coil Size, pipe size, pump size, and electrical service are all Fully Capable and installed properly to ensure the air handler can maintain 55° discharge air temp at all times. (NOTE: As Stated Earlier in this document, there is a test and balance report that was completed in March of 2019 that is available upon request – However, size of equipment, pipe, and devices is still the responsibility of the contractor to verify).
