Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified general contractors to renovate the concessions building at the Jim Golden Sports Complex located at 195 Scott Stell Road, Savannah, Georgia. General renovations of an existing two story concessions building, in poor condition, lacking handicapped accessible toilets. Renovations include: masonry, rough and finish carpentry, gypsum wallboard, painting (interior and exterior), doors and windows, toilet partitions, cabinetry, metal roofing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. A Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required to be submitted with each bid. A Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid shall be required of the successful bidder. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
