The City of Tucker, Georgia is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of leased office space. The City of Tucker (City), has recently entered a lease at 1975 Lakeside Parkway in Tucker, GA for 22,078 square feet in the office complex. The City has engaged a design firm HKS, Inc to provide design and permit/construction documents to renovate the space. The City is now seeking qualified vendors to complete construction based on these documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of a reputable bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Georgia, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
