Renovation of the one story FBISD Triplex building. Building 1 (adjacent to Julie Rivers St.) is approximately 25,500 sf. Building 1 will be renovated to include the Police Department. Building 2 includes approximately 17,400 sf of renovation to serve the Extended Learning Department. The scope of the renovation is to include the fit-out of the interior space and repair of the exterior brick control joint sealants, repair of exterior window seals/gaskets/glazing, and general cleanup of the exterior materials. Both Buildings 1 and 2 will be designed to include an automatic sprinkler system. The automatic sprinkler system will be designed with the capacity to include Building 3 in the future. Buildings 1 and 2 will be separated from Building 3 with a 2 hour rated fire barrier. The renovation will also include the renovation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, and security systems. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 12/1619 at 10AM.
