The scope of work includes: new steel-framed structure with poured concrete slab within an existing building. Interior renovations which include partitions, doors and hardware, finishes and casework. New mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, including power, lighting, data, telecom and fire alarm. New exterior windows, roof infill, tiled interior surfaces, epoxy flooring and the refinishing of the existing wood structure. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
