This project is a minor renovation of an existing 2 floors building according to the scope of work and the construction plans included in bid documents. It entails removing an ATM, a stand alone vault and a room vault door and safe deposit boxes. It also on consists of removing two closets, framing/drywall/ceiling install to rework the area into the office. The remainder of the work involves new floor coverings, paint, minor electrical,minor HVAC, minor roofing, and FFE items to consists of data, security, access control, cameras, furniture and signage . Each shall include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as guarantee that the bidder shall not withdraw the bid for 90 days after the scheduled bid opening.
