This project is to remodel the Claude Howard Systems Administration Conference room which includes, but is not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Data and Architectural scopes of work. This contract will be proceeding adjacent to a separate construction project. Contractor shall coordinate with UNR Construction Mgr. to communicate conflicts or requirements that will affect the adjacent project. Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "Nov 14, 2019" and shall be fully complete by "March 13, 2020". Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
