It is the intent of Pinellas County (County) to establish a contract for electrical testing, maintenance and repair at various County owned or leased facilities on an as needed basis. All work to be performed in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal property rehabilitation standards or manufacturer’s specifications; and in accordance with the specifications as described herein. The awarded contractor is responsible for all necessary permits as required and in accordance with electrical testing, maintenance and repair work pursuant to Pinellas County official codes, fees and licensing. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
