Provide all required labor, tools, materials and equipment to complete all work, including all necessary equipment to lower unit from ceiling. All materials and equipment must be new.. Coordinate all work with County’s Building Maintenance Supervisor (BMS).. Check in and sign in with County’s BMS or representative.. Ensure safety is observed at all times. Use proper signs, cones and/or caution tape needed to ensure safety.. Lock out tag out equipment.. Keep work areas safe and clean.. Clean jobsite of any debris and material. All removed equipment, materials, trash and other debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all local, State and federal laws. All work to be done in compliance with existing codes. . Product specifications and service requirements: a. Maintenance Computer office. Remove existing HVAC Air Handler Unit and replace with new HVAC Air Handler Unit, Trane Model CSAA003UA, or equal participation.b. Provide Cooling coil chill water Pos # 2. c. Provide Aluminum fins copper tubing. d. Install new shut off valves as needed. e. Include new electrical connectors, and wiring. f. Include all materials needed for installation. g. Perform start up and calibration. h. Include standard communication Siemens Controller, or equal & Building Automation System (BAS). i. Contractor to advice staff on best maintenance practices.. Pictures of existing Trane Air Handler Unit attached on pages 6 and 7 of this RFQ package for your reference Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
