Turn key project to replace existing rooftop mounted HVAC package unit, electrical disconnect located at the unit, gas regulator, gas shut off valve and thermostat. Also provide a 120-volt 1p service receptacle located within site of the new unit. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
