The Project consists of replacement of the shingle roof, replace areas of EIFS, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents, at the Macon Water Authority’s Support Services Building. The following contractors have been “Pre-Qualified” and are as follows: Bone Dry Roofing Company, Skyline Construction Services, Ben Hill Roofing and Siding Co., Inc., SRS, Inc. and Strategic Roofing. The Contract Documents include, but may not be limited to, the Instructions to Bidders, the Contract Agreement, the General Conditions, the Drawings, the Specifications and the forms of Bid Bond,Performance Bond, and Payment Bond.
