Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the installation of Replace Roof, Support Services Building, 928 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Macon, Georgia (the “Project”) will be received from Pre-qualified Contractors by the Macon Water Authority (the “Owner”), at the Macon Water Authority Engineering Department, 537 Hemlock Street, Conference Room, Macon, Georgia 31202. The Project consists of replacement of the roof, as well as synthetic stucco, at the Macon Water Authority’s Support Services Building.
