Commencing at the Torrance City Hall Council Chambers, 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90503
The City of Torrance solicits bids for the replacement of HVAC equipment at various locations (Fire Station 4, Fire Station 6 & Building & Safety). The contract completion term will begin upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will remain in effect for two hundred forty (240) calendar days. The two hundred forty (240) calendar days schedule includes: completion of contractual paperwork, submittal review, lead time for items, and onsite work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
