Scope of Work: Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment to resurface approximately 16.92 miles on West Pinetree, Dollar Store, Cone, Crabapple Drive, Dillon (bet US 319 N and Lawhorne), Bustle, Dogwood Drive, Dogwood Subdivision Streets, Summerhill Subdivision Streets, Lake Lilliquin Subdivision Streets, Ivy Hills Subdivision Streets, In-wood Plantation Streets, including traffic control and striping to Georgia DOT standards. Minimum Requirements: The contractor shall furnish the following: all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary to perform the job. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
