Furnish all labor and materials to perform all work on the areas indicated on the project drawings, including retrofitting twenty (20) existing light poles with new LED fixtures, replace all existing series lighting transformers, replace all existing splices in the series lighting system cables with type specified in the drawings, service and test the existing series lighting system control circuit breaker, and test the completed series lighting system for proper operation at the Tulare County Courthouse per the project design documents.
