Asbestos Surveying Services The City is seeking proposals from City-certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) to provide Asbestos Surveying Services to identify Asbestos-Containing Material in buildings scheduled for renovation or demolition located within the City of Charlotte and its unincoporated areas. Proposals will only be accepted from City-certified SBEs. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
