Testing and treatment of up to 30,878 cable feet of #2 Al 15kV HMPE and XLPE Cable in Conduit or CIC in the Canyon Crest Areas 3 & 4, in conjunction with minor GO 165 repairs and upgrades.• 2-3.2.1 Specialty Work – Cable Ohm Check and Partial Discharge (PD) testing online shall be designated Specialty Work to be performed by Techimp US Corp. Cable end to end gas flow, pressure testing and Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) testing, cable rejuvenation treatment and training shall also be designated Specialty Work to be performed by Novinium Inc. or cable rejuvenation technicians certified by Novinium with a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing cable rejuvenation on electric utility medium voltage cables.
