TriMet is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services. Pre-construction services and Construction of new bus maintenance facility, admin and operations building, fuel and wash stations, potential compressed natural gas (CNG) compressor yard, existing building renovation, campus utility installation, bus yard electrification, storm water system, and site work, associated with a bus operating and maintenance facility at 4421 NE Columbia Boulevard. This may include demolition of the existing buildings. Offsite right-of-way (ROW) work is being self-performed by Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT), and will require regular coordination with the scope of this project.
