The City of Manteca is inviting proposals for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide e station maintenance at the new Compressed Biogas Fueling Facility located adjacent to the Manteca WQCF at 2450 West Yosemite Avenue in the City of Manteca. It is the intent of the City to contract for said maintenance and management services from a qualified consultant for a term of 5-years with possible two 2-year extensions, at City’s discretion, from the date of Notice to Proceed.
