Sealed proposals from construction management firms will be received in the Office of the Grady County Board of Education. The work shall include the following: Exterior site work, including grading, storm drainage, and pavement. Construction of a new kitchen and lunchroom building. Modification of a classroom to accommodate access to the new lunchroom. At the time and place noted above, the proposals for the project will be received by the Board of Education. No extension of the proposal period will be made.
