Rockingham Youth Development Center is a new construction that include approximately 44,000 square foot single story building, 90 space parking with associated site work, underground utilities and infrastructure extension. The project has alternates for 4000 square foot vocational building and Owner’s preferred brands. It will be constructed on recently acquired undeveloped land on Elliot road, Reidsville, North Carolina. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
