Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority (NCWSA), herein also referred to as the Owner, is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for Design-Build Services for construction of a 30-foot X 85-foot extension of the Authority’s existing maintenance building (the Project). The Project will consist of, but not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, interiors, exterior lighting, landscape design, permitting, construction plans, technical specifications, cost estimating, submittals, site preparation, construction and commissioning. The Project is located at 11325 Brown Bridge Road, Covington, GA 30016. The Owner will fund the project from existing revenues; no bond issues, SRF loans, or grants are anticipated. The Project does not require special bidding requirements, i.e., American Iron and Steel Special Conditions or SRF bidding requirements.
