Guilford Technical Community College seeks to secure a contract for custodial floor tech services for GTCC’s facilities. This document sets forth the general specifications, requirements, and responsibilities for a Contractor to provide a service contract for custodial floor tech services. All services will be performed to the highest standard of service and in accordance with all Federal, State and local laws. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel will be familiar with and accomplishes the functions and tasks as outlined in the scope of Work and does so in a manner consistent with industry standards. It is agreed that the Contractor will be familiar with all conditions, physical and otherwise, existing at the site of the work and all other matters in connection with the work to be performed under this contract. The base bid buildings consists of approximately 1,192,001 gross square feet of cleanable floors. These spaces include but are not limited to academic, laboratory, office, classroom, shop, meeting room, theatre, and conference hall space. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
