Establish a flexible services contractor pool for plumbing. The District intends to award multipleas a result of this RFP. The District will determine the number of contracts to be awarded at time of contract award. This determination will be based upon the evaluation of scores underlying the rank of each proposal and the capacity of the proposers, andshall be at the sole discretion of the District. The contract term will be 3 yearswith options to renew for 2additional one-yearterms.
