This solicitation seeks interested and qualified contractors to provide on-call work for general roadway debris hauling for City of Seattle departments through a blanket contract. The scope of work will include but is not limited to removing and disposing, in an approved manner, the accumulated general roadway debris, concrete/asphalt, organics or deconstructed debris from City collection areas that can be recycled. The contractor shall provide labor and equipment to properly haul the debris from specified locations within the city. The contractor should expect peak loads in the spring to summer seasons from sidewalk cleaning and other related debris. While fall to winter season is considered off peak for city emergency, green hauling, and other generic debris.
