The Medford School District 549C is under taking a remodel of the existing Main Building and Annex at Medford School District Education Center (MSDEC) for a new Middle School. The buildings are located at 815 South Oakdale Avenue, Medford, OR 97501. The following project components are intended to be an outline of the work to be performed; however, the list is not an all-in clusive list. Asbestos abatement may be necessary per the abatement study report that will be provided by the School District. Remodeling to portions of Main Building for the new MSDEC Middle School. Remodeling to portions of the Annex for the new MSDEC Middle School. Seismic Improvements to Main Building and Annex. Site work including new parking lots, a new basketball court, removal of existing baseball field, new fencing and related site utilities and landscaping. Replacement of existing windows at Main Building and Annex. Additional parking lot improvements on site and at an adjacent District property.
