The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a well-qualified consultant, familiar with the work required under this RFP and capable of providing Public Works Construction Management, Observation and Inspection Services which will provide assurance that the Construction being performed timely, and with-in allowable budget as well as being in conformance with the contract specifications, and Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Green Book). Selected consultant team shall work closely with the City’s Project Manager and staff to successfully complete the project and protect the interest of the City.
