NC State building, 600 Laureate Way, Kannapolis, NC.
NC State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (hereafter referred to as NC State and UNC-CH individually, or collectively referred to as University) seek proposals from qualified Contractors to provide janitorial services for two (2) buildings on the NC Research Campus located in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The UNC-CH Nutrition Research Building (hereafter referred to as “UNC-CH”) is a 125,000 square foot facility that includes laboratory and office space, as well as a cafeteria, clinical facility, metabolic chamber, and kitchen. Each building has eight (8) main restrooms (4 men’s and 4 women’s). Women’s restrooms have four (4) stalls plus one (1) shower in each/men’s restrooms have two (2) urinals, two (2) stalls and one (1) shower in each. The UNC-CH building also has two (2) additional restrooms, one in the clinical facility and one in the metabolic chamber. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
