Proposals are being requested to perform janitorial services at multiple city facilities. The facilities include City Hall (207 East King Street), Public Services Complex (2360 Highway 258 South), The Gate (201 East Gordon Street), and the Johnnie Mosley Water Reclamation Facility (2101 Becton Farm Road). Custodial services shall include typical building cleaning and janitorial activities at the frequencies specified later in this document. Activities include trash collection, broom sweeping, vacuum sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning and supplies. Alternate prices are requested for carpet steam cleaning and stripping/waxing tile floors.
