The project is for the renovation of the HVAC and IT Infrastructure of the McEniry building. The building is a four-story classroom and lab building of approximately 100,000 square feet. The HVAC component includes the removal and replacement of the dual duct system with a single duct system and the replacement of all variable air volume terminal units. New finishes will be applied in all classrooms, labs and corridors. This project will be designed and constructed in accordance with provisions of SL 2007-546. The IT component will include the installation of new CAT6A cabling and new equipment and racks. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
