Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the County Administrator, Charlton County Board of Commissioners (CCBOC). The new pluming will require removing all copper pipes and replacing with PVC piping. Removal of sheet rock and tile will be required in some areas to access the water supply lines. The sheet rock and tile must be replaced to original form once water lines have been replaced. The pipe size starts from ½-inch up to 2-inch total of all water lines that furnishes fresh water to the building.The water lines connect to a total of 7 outside water spigots, 15 toilets, 10- bathroom sinks, 3 sinks in the kitchen area, 3 water heaters, and 2 water fountains.All water lines are running over head in attic. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
