Furnish labor, paint, materials, equipment and appliances required for complete execution of the Scope of Services (Work). The Scope of Services is Project based and includes Planning; Paint and Materials; Surface Preparation, Field Painting and Cleanup; Manufacturer Validation; and shall include but not be limited to protective coating work for various tanks, piping, flooring, walls, and other surfaces at various Division wastewater treatment plants and pumping station facilities. The Scope of Services includes Project based Pressure Washing Services for Buildings, Structures and miscellaneous Hardscapes. Project requests may be made by the Resource Recovery Division’s Project Representative or his designee. The contractor will receive no compensation for services if no services are provided during the Contract period. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
