1. Conducting a site investigation and evaluation of the existing fire alarm system.2. Validating and updating existing fire alarm system documentation.3. Selective upgrade, relocation, removal, or replacement of fire alarm system devices, software, and programming.4. Providing design services and complete construction documents with approval of a licensed professional engineer or appropriately certified fire alarm system designer.5. Reconfiguration of the fire alarm panel network into two networks.6. Extending the fiber network to fire alarm control panels (using existing Port fiber backbone) to replace the DACT/DACR and telephone lines at two sites.7. Converting FireWorks to a server/client architecture running on Windows 10 using the most current version of FireWorks.8. Selective fire alarm system seismic resilience upgrades in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.9. Comprehensive testing of all work to demonstrate proper functionality, including any testing required by the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
