Service shall include but is not limited to lead wipe tests of floors, window sills/wells, and exterior smooth surfaces of the Units to be tested. Task order(s) describing the exact Service the Contractor is to perform will be issued as needed. The Contractor will perform the Service and provide the deliverables described in the task order in the time frame identified.While the Authority anticipates the majority of work to be lead wipe tests, there may be other clearance related tasks assigned.
