Entire surface will be power washed. Cut out all loose rubber and patch, fill all gaps, cracks and seams with new rubber o polyurethane based glue as needed. Apply 2 coats of ALR-7000 " Playground Pavement" topcoat paint to entire surface at a rate of 20 SF/gal for the 1st application and a rate of 80 SF/Gal. for the 2nd application. Remove all damaged tiles, SBR buffing's apply 1.5' layer of 3/8 buffing's over entire existing surfacing with binder content of 18%. Rate of 80SF/gal. for the 2nd application. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
