The Utah Division of Facilities Construction & Management is inviting bids from those who qualified in stage one of this project for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide tenant improvement within the existing fairpark promontory building. Demo necessary for improvements. Improvements are new finishes on existing surfaces, countertops, toilet partitions, toilet rm accessories, automatic window rollershades, upgraded light fixtures, & upgraded plumbing fixtures. New finishes include baseboards, countertops, gypsum wall board, paint, refinished concrete flooring, and tile. Bonds required.
