The Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is inviting bids from those who pre-qualified in stage one of this project for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide tenant improvement within the existing fairpark show ring building. Demolition to accommodate improvements. Improvements are new finishes on existing surfaces, toilet partitions, toilet room accessories, upgraded light fixtures, and upgraded plumbing fixtures. New finishes include baseboards, countertops, gypsum wall board, paint, refinished concrete flooring, and tile. Bonds required.
