The Utah Division of Facilities Construction & Management is inviting statements of qualifications for f A/E services for the development of a campground on the north beach of Antelope Island known as the Bridger Bay Campground. This is a new campground that will include amenities such as power/water RV hookups; infrastructure for water, power, and sewer to the campground; and a campground host site. Additionally, included in this request is space to create a group pavilion center. Antelope Island has seen visitor increases of over 20% per year for the past six years. Existing campgrounds at Antelope Island are sold out over 200 nights per year. This facility will provide additional recreational opportunities along the Wasatch Front. DFCM intends to hire a Civil Engineering firm as the prime contract holder with sub-consultants as needed.
