It is the intent of the Parks and Recreation Department to contract with a Engineering firm. Any firm wishing to be considered must be properly registered & licensed within the State of North Carolina and have a good ethical and professional standing. The basic services required will include inventory, analysis engineering, planning and engineering alternatives and construction and maintenance cost estimates and scheduling for the Azalea Park - Pond Improvements. The next steps to implement the project will be determined once the results of this phase of work is completed. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
